Bakery
AIPU FOOD’s caramel color and ethyl maltol can be applied to bakery products as required. Customers can use both liquid and powder caramel color in bakery products. Caramel color helps enhance and standardize the shades of products in industrial manufacturing. To reach homogeneous color, we recommend to mix caramel color and other liquid raw materials together before baking process.
Ethyl maltol has a unique luscious odor and it can be applied to various bakery products. We provide two types of ethyl maltol. One is original fruit-flavored, the other is special caramel-flavored. Ethyl maltol is used in low dosage. It is essential to dissolve ethyl maltol in other liquid raw material before use (please refer to product introduction).
For each product application, we suggest manufacturers to conduct pre-experiments before production. Customers can also inquire our service staff for more information on recommended dosage and application.
